NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGThursday, June 19, 2008 6:30 PM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD BY THE BOSTON WATER AND SEWER COMMISSION CONCERING THE PROPOSED BOND STREET SEWER EXTENSION BETTERMENT PLAN – SOUTH END, BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS Notice is hereby given, of a public hearing to be held by the Boston Water and Sewer Commission, concerning the Proposed Bond Street Sewer Extension Betterment Plan, South End District, Boston, Massachusetts. Pursuant to Chapter 436 of the Acts of 1977 of the Massachusetts General Court, the Boston Water and Sewer Commission will hold a public hearing commencing at 6:30 PM on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at the Boston Water and Sewer Commission, Large Conference Room, 2nd Floor, 980 Harrison Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts for the purpose of giving interested persons an opportunity to present data, views or argument relative to the Proposed Bond Street Sewer Extension Betterment Plan, South End District, Boston, Massachusetts. Copies of the Proposed Bond Street Sewer Extension Betterment Plan are available for inspection, and may be obtained during normal business hours at the Engineering Customer Service Department, Second Floor, 980 Harrison Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. Any individual, partnership, trust, corporation, organized group or governmental entity which may be affected by the Proposed Bond Street Sewer Extension Betterment Plan may appear before the Commission, or its appointed representative(s), at such hearing for the purpose of presenting data, views or argument relative to the Proposed Bond Street Sewer Extension Betterment Plan. Data, views or argument may be presented orally at the hearing or in the form of a memorandum, which shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commission, at the office of the Boston Water and Sewer Commission, 980 Harrison Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts on or before June 12, 2008. The hearing and any continuance thereof shall be conducted in accordance with the Boston Water and Sewer Commission’s Rules of Procedure, which may be examined at the Commission’s office.
