A Dewatering Permit application must be filed for certain discharges to the Commission’s wastewater or storm drainage systems (see BWSC’s Sewer Regulations). It 
is necessary to research BWSC’s wastewater maps to determine whether the discharge is to a sanitary sewer, combined sewer or storm drain. Click the icon at right to download a copy of the permit application. The final submission must be made to:
