Visit BWSC’s Payment Booth located on the first floor at 980 Harrison Avenue, Boston. You may pay by cash, check, money order or credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and debit cards. Our hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Wednesday – 8:00AM to 7:00PM

If you have a credit on your bill, you may have the amount applied to future bills, transferred to another account or you may request a refund. Contact the Customer Service Department for assistance at 617-989-7800.
