The Boston Water and Sewer Commission annually prepares a three-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which is required under the General Bond Resolution and Enabling Act. The CIP, provided here, outlines the expenditures, scheduling, and implementation of capital projects necessary to maintain and improve the water and sewer systems for the three year period of 2008-2010.
