Work under this contract includes the replacement of approximately 1,070 linear feet of combined sewers, approximately 4,885 linear feet of water mains, and the rehabilitation of 515 linear feet of sewers in City Proper. The project serves to update and improve critical aging infrastructure to provide high quality water and sewer service in the downtown area. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding the ongoing improvements in the neighborhood and any necessary impacts or disruptions that might result from this work.
