Before beginning any connection repair, demolition, reactivation, or new construction, you will need to research the property. BWSC maintains an archive of historical and contemporary mapsĀ in electronic format. Mapping includes orthophotos displaying aerial views of landmarks and land base maps displaying the underlying infrastructure.

BWSC also maintains connection cards, record plans, takings, easements and other detailed information to help you successfully plan and complete your project.

To assist in your research, BWSC has compiled a Site Plan Checklist.

Site Plan Checklist

Utility Research Requirements, under Section G, will help your research. Once you have completed your research, and depending on the purpose of your research, you may need to fill out a General Service Application (GSA).
