03/01/2024

MWRA’s Metropolitan Operations is continuing its FY 2024 Valve Exercising Program. This maintenance program includes the exercising of main lines, blow offs, and air valves along our pipeline sections. Excavation of paved surfaces will not be necessary for this program. During the month of March 2024 MWRA personnel will perform the above referenced maintenance work on various MWRA water mains including MWRA Sections W2, W3, W4, W5, W6, W7, W8, and W15. This work may result in discolored water but is not expected to create any pressure losses at the meter listed below. Discolored water may be anticipated for three days after the work is completed.
