It maintains contact with BWSC customers through several means including local and national press, social media platforms, and direct service with customers at remote sites located in several neighborhoods. The Department promotes BWSC’s Environmental Outreach program with a robust interactive educational presentation given at schools throughout Boston. These environmental messages are also promoted through the BWSC Water Truck, which provides cold refreshing water to participants in city community events from April – October.
